I bought ten gourd and glass ornaments,
Nine cards for Christmas and Chanukah,
Eight bowls, both glass and wood,
Seven wonderous lithos,
Six acrylic paintings,
Five golden necklaces,
Four silk paintings,
Three colorful collages,

On the twelfth day of shopping,
I declared myself all done.
I'd bought twelve dangling earrings,
Eleven abstract paintings,
